The Rīga Conference Future Leaders Forum 2024

The Future Leaders Forum, an integral part of The Rīga Conference, is designed for young professionals with a strong interest in international relations, defense, and security. This forum, taking place on the 16th and 17th of October, offers a unique opportunity for participants to network and engage in thought-provoking debates with peers, policymakers, academics, and opinion leaders.

This year, the forum will welcome young people from around the world, encouraging a global exchange of ideas. Additionally, there will be a special emphasis on achieving a healthy life and work balance, essential for the future leaders' well-being and success.
